In the music industry, boy bands and supergroups have been proven to have catapulted small artists into big names into stardom. But what if the supergroup is a collection of already star-studded names, with one being a music icon already?

Lewis Capaldi has dreams of having his ultimate British supergroup, almost like a boy band. While the lineup seemed to be unusual because of their age gaps, the voices and the artistry are just booming!

The Scottish singer staged his comeback last month with the release of his latest single, "Forget Me." In his recent appearance on "The Zach Sang Show," Capaldi sent everyone laughing, like the humorous guy he is, after naming the members of his hypothetical supergroup.

"I would love to do it. Me and my piano player have a massive list of band names. We've got hundreds now. My favourite is Pleasure Kit. Also, Rock and Roll Los Angeles 1966. What I've found is, the longer the name is, the better," he explained.

But the members of "Pleasure Kit" seemed to be as diverse as ever. Among the names that he put out was Elton John, the Rocket Man, who, among his list, packs the most stardust among them.

In 2019, Elton John posted a pic with the "Somebody to Love" hitmaker," describing him to be "the next British superstar" after spending a day with him.

Aside from Elton, Ed Sheeran is another member of Capaldi's dream group. The two already have a pre-existing close friendship, with Lewis even blaming the "Joker and The Queen" singer for forcing him to buy a £1.6 million property that he later found out to be reeking with the smell of cigarette smoke and dogs.

The last one on the mix is someone who has had the experience of being with the biggest boy bands in the world - One Direction. Niall Horan is the last artist to fit the puzzle, who have had a notable friendship with the singer.

According to Capaldi, the four of them make a good one.

"I wonder who comes out on top in that foursome? Just us four guys, hanging out," he jokingly added.

With Capaldi coming from Scotland, Niall Horan from Ireland, Ed Sheeran from West Yorkshire, and Elton John from Middlesex, it would seem that everyone is well-represented, making a big supergroup that would very much appeal to the whole United Kingdom.
