Brandy Rushed to Hospital After Worrying Health Issue [REPORT]

Brandy was rushed to the hospital after suffering an emergency medical issue, multiple news outlets confirmed.

A news site received details from law enforcement sources regarding a call the police received on Tuesday. It was disclosed that the communication came from Brandy's Los Angeles home, with the caller requesting emergency services.

Initial details disclosed that Brandy had suffered a seizure and that her parents were already with her in the hospital.

After the reports came out, the "Sitting Up In My Room" hitmaker shared a statement on her Instagram Story and revealed what happened to her. She said that her hospitalization was due to dehydration and low nutrition.

"To my beloved fam, friends, and starz, thank you for sending love and light my way. I am following doctors' orders and getting the rest I need due to dehydration and low amounts of nutrition. Thank you for your prayers and support. Grateful for you all, see you soon," she wrote.

It was not the first time she had been hospitalized, though.

In June 2017, she was also rushed to a hospital on her flight to New York City. At that time, her team assumed that her busy schedule led to exhaustion and stress.

Brandy Supports Brother Ray J Following Concerning Posts

Before her hospitalization, her brother shared posts online that caused her to send him love and support.

He said in his concerning posts, captured by a news outlet, that he would jump off and die if it was not only for his children. He shares two kids with his wife, Princess Love.

Ray J also posted a photo of his feet hanging off a ledge, writing "SHOULD I JUST JUMP off and end it rit [sic]. Now!!! ????" He then said that maybe his life was an illusion while the next one was the reality.

A source revealed he was with Princess Love when he shared the disturbing posts online. He was also not hospitalized, and that he was joking.

Still, Brandy shared support for her brother by sharing a throwback photo of the pair to tell him that she needs him.

Ray J's self-harm messages have been coming out in the past months. It started in May when he spoke about the NSFW video he and Kim Kardashian were in. He told Daily Mail he felt suicidal when the Kardashians did not follow their original plan.
