During his sit-down interview with The Breakfast Club, Ed Sheeran had some really exciting news to share with the fans-the elusive singer-songwriter has a documentary in the works!

"We are shooting a documentary at the minute around my life and there was a big conversation about what do we include," said the 31-year-old.

While that much has been revealed, he did not elaborate too much on what the theme of the documentary will be, as apparently, they have not decided on that part yet.

"As long as it's honest and it links in with a theme of something that's in a song - there is no point in putting something in if it's detrimental to my life," he continued.

While some may think Sheeran is as boring as they can get, he is actually up to a lot of things lately, especially with his growing family of four and his on-going tour which will reportedly run until 2026.

However, he also noted in his interview that he is juggling his celebrity status and being a father and husband.

"It is a very fine line, it is why I live in Suffolk and not in LA. My life as a celebrity is turned on when I am in New York, but at home, I am a friend, a dad, a husband, a son," he said. "You can't bring celebrity baggage to home."

Pressure?

Sheeran is known to sing songs about his private life, albeit not much has been seen on the news in recent times, save for his attempt at an early retirement back in 2019.

He took a lengthy break from the spotlight after the birth of his first daughter, Lyra in September 2019 with his wife Cherry Seaborn.

"I stopped playing music for a bit. And music is entirely me as a person. Then I had my daughter and I was like: 'Right, that's it. This is me. I am probably just going to be a dad. I am not going to play music anymore,'" he revealed to SiriusXM.

However, he decided against it and slowly reentered the music scene with "Bad Habits" in 2021. In 2022, he and Seaborn welcomed their second daughter, Jupiter.

Perhaps Sheeran has finally worked around his celebrity status and home life, now that he is adding another project to his plate.

As of this writing, there is no release date or title for the documentary.
