Does Lady Gaga look like Jesus Christ's mother, Mary?
A now-famous tweet depicting a recreated 3D modelof what the Virgin Mother could have looked like has gone viral.
The most striking aspect is that the Mother of God's image resembles the Mother Monster.
According to a tweet published yesterday, "Scientists at Stanford University have reconstructed this 3D model of how Mary, the mother of Jesus Christ, might have looked."
The three photographs couldn't help but draw attention to the visual resemblances between the Virgin Mary and Lady Gaga.
However, there should be no need for two ladies to resemble one another. While the former was a Jewish lady from Nazareth, Lady Gaga is an American musician with French, Italian, English, German, and Scottish ancestors.

Fans on social media couldn't help but comment on the two women's similarities, with one writing, "It seems like she wants a terrible romance," referring to the singer's hit 2009 song, "Bad Romance," which is widely lauded for its beat and chorus.
The flood of replies to the assertion has been entertaining. "They've also done a 3D recreation of what her husband Joseph would have looked like," said Twitter user Zack Hunt.
Another individual questionedthe authenticity of the original post's assertion, wondering on what basis the scientist constructed the model.
"On what basis? Mary Magdalene's, her daughter-in-law, painting?" while another asserted, "No one knows. There is no starting point. There are no known children or parents to whom we may refer. Without DNA, there is no skull."

Meanwhile, Lady Gaga is now filming Todd Philip's next "Joker" sequel, "Folie a Deux," which translates to "madness shared by two."
The singer-dancer will take on the role of Harley Quinn.
Apart from Margot Robbie, who plays the role in the DC Extended Universe, casting another celebrity makes perfect sense. Meanwhile, the "Joker" series is self-contained.
When Lady Gaga's inclusion in the film was originally revealed, it raised many eyebrows, with many expressing displeasure that Margot Robbie was not participating. They weren't even delighted that a celebrity like the "Rain On Me" singer was picked in the role.
However, the "Barbie" actress revealed what she thought of Lady Gaga playing the iconic role.
"I think she'll do something incredible with it."
The cast continues to grow, per Deadline, but specifics about the movie are currently under wraps.
According to reports, "Joker 2: Folie a Deux" will be launched on October 4, 2024.
