Billie Eilish Proudly Confirms Relationship with Jesse Rutherford: 'I Locked That Motherf**ker Down!'

Billie Eilish and Jesse Rutherford's relationship has turned many heads and raised several eyebrows, but no one is happier than Eilish herself.

For several months, the pair had been seen going on dates and even making a red carpet appearance, but have not confirmed nor denied their relationship.

But finally, the 20-year-old singer was interviewed by Vanity Fair for the 6th year in a row, and she was not afraid to proclaim her love for her new beau.

When asked if she was in a relationship, she replied, "I feel extremely grateful for the relationship that I was in last year. I think he's so much happier now, which makes me really happy."

According to Capital FM, Eilish has dated few men prior to dating Rutherford. She dared Brandon Adams in 2018 then Matthew Vorce the following year.

This time around, however, it seems like the "Ocean Eyes" singer is in a better place.

"Yeah, I do," she finally answered. "And it's really cool, and I'm really excited and really happy about it.

"I managed to get my way to a point in my life where I not only was known by a person that I thought was the hottest f**kin' f**ker alive, but pulled his ass.

"Are we kidding me? Can we just," she pauses and claps her hands, "round of applause for me? Thank you. Jesse Rutherford, everyone. I pulled his ass, all me. I did that s**t. I locked that motherf**ker down."

Love Language

Elsewhere in the interview, Eilish talked about what makes her happy in her relationships, to which she simply replied with her love language.

"My love language is just physical touch," she said. "Just need to be touching skin all the time. Touching, cuddling, hugging, and anything skin related is a big thing for me."

This much is evident during the months prior to her confirming her relationship with the Neighbourhood singer. They were first spotted during Halloween, holding hands as they exited a Halloween ride.

Then once again during their red carpet appearance, they attended wearing what looks like sleepwear, with a Gucci blanket wrapped around them cozily.

The "Happier Than Ever" singer and Rutherford have known each other for quite some time now, even before they started dating.

According to Seventeen, they go as way back as 2017, back when Eilish was 15 years old. The couple's age gap has also raised some eyebrows, given that Rutherford is 11 years older than Eilish.

However, it seems like Eilish isn't one to care too much about age, it appears that she is happy with her new relationship and is determined to keep the haters away.
