The murder suspect of Takeoff has finally been captured on Thursday.

Patrick Xavier Clark was arrested and charged with Takeoff's murder, and a bail was issued by a Texas court.

According to KHOU 11, the bond will be difficult to meet because officials put it at $2 million.

The article stated that court believes the suspect is a flight risk since officials discovered he registered for an expedited passport shortly after the shooting on November 1 outside the Houston-based 810 Billiards and Bowling Alley.

The guy was seen on CCTV outside the bowling alley shooting a pistol while holding a wine bottle. Another perspective showed him holding a pistol and leaping into a getaway car.

Sgt. Michael Burrow of the Houston Police Department's Homicide Division also stated that not many people responded to the department's call for witnesses to come forward with information about the shooting, forcing investigators to rely on surveillance and cell phone clips, which took a long time to obtain.

However, if Patrick can pay the $2 million bond, he would be released- although briefly.

Clark apparently informed the government he was going to Mexico, and when he was apprehended, he had a large sum of cash on him as well as a passport.

As a result, the bail was subject to various restrictions, including a 24-hour house arrest, electronic monitoring, no illicit substances, alcohol, or guns, and communication with the Migos rapper's family.

Despite the large police presence, the arrest was regarded as "calm."

Patrick Xavier Clark is also known in H-Town as DJ Pat.

Around 2:30 a.m. on November 1, Takeoff was fatally shot.

According to the security footage, Takeoff was not the intended target, as numerous other persons were shot at the area. According to police, a 23-year-old male and a 24-year-old woman were injured by a gunshot and were immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment.

During a news conference following Patrick's arrest, Sgt. Burrow also stated that Takeoff was not involved in either the dice game or the argument outside the alley.

"He was not armed, he was an innocent bystander."

Meanwhile, Takeoff died at the scene and was too late. According to the autopsy report, he died from "penetrating gunshot wounds to the head and body into the arm."

Lil Cam, also known as Cameron Joshua, appeared in court earlier this week to face charges in connection with the shooting of Takeoff. He was charged with felon in possession of a firearm on two counts. Prosecutors, however, did not charge Cameron with shooting the rapper.

According to lead prosecutor Matt Gilliam, "We believe Cameron Joshua has been appropriately charged in this case."
