SZA seemingly responded to the plastic surgery rumors thrown at her for years.

Apart from her songs, SZA's visuals also caught people's attention as the public assumed she underwent plastic surgeries to enhance her features. While she never talked about it directly, the 33-year-old crooner revealed the truth in her newly released sophomore LP.

On Friday, SZA dropped "S.O.S," with its title track seemingly talked about the procedures she indeed received, including a Brazilian butt lift (BBL).

In the aforesaid song, she sings, "So classic, that ass so fat, it looks natural, it's not."

The other track "Conceited" also contains the lyrics (via PEOPLE), "I just got my body done, ain't got no guilt about it / I just heard your opinion, I could've did without it."

The lyrics about her plastic surgeries can be heard at "S.O.S" at 0:58 mark and "Conceited" at 0:10 mark.

Even before dropping her songs, SZA has been receiving heartfelt support from her fans. While others defended her and said she never underwent plastic surgery, others still expressed their love for her even if she truly had enhancements.

SZA Promotes Body Positivity

SZA has been impressing everyone for being vocal about body positivity as she supports women regardless of their shapes and sizes.

In 2017, she defended Kendrick Lamar over his song's lyrics about women. In his hit song, "Humble," the rapper sings how sick and tired he is of Photoshop and tells people to show natural skin with stretch marks.

In an interview with Glamour, SZA said she did not think the lyrics were "laced with misogyny." Instead, she saw it as something "reaching." The singer made herself an example, noting that she used to weigh around 200 lbs. with stretch marks all over her body.

Through Lamar's song, she reportedly felt the comfort and assurance that she is beautiful in her own way.

"How is that misogyny if he's supporting positive body image? I think that's so weird, and it's reaching. If you want to support women, you should support all shapes of women," she went on.

Several news outlets posted before and after pictures of her and compared what she looked like in 2011 when she first encountered Top Dawg Entertainment. Among the differences they pointed out included her nose, chin, body, and buttocks.
