Britney Spears has reportedly been given an ultimatum by her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden.
The pop princess has been vocal about missing them, but they are reportedly taking advantage of the opportunity.
Heat UK claims that the two guys are pressuring the "Baby One More Time" hitmaker to decide between them and her spouse, Sam Asghari, or to select neither.
The site was informed by an insider that the fitness instructor and Britney's two kids don't get along well.
The boys were done with Sam the moment he decided to criticize their father Kevin on social media since they were extremely devoted to him.
"It's very terrible for everyone in Britney's life to watch her so vulnerable and off-balance right now," they said.
According to the insider, Sean Preston and Jayden have always been forthright about wanting to mend their strained ties with their mother. They made it obvious to her, nevertheless, that a doctor's evaluation of her mental state is required first.
Sam, on the other hand, can't say the same because the stepsons don't want to be friends with him.
The boys made the decision to distance themselves from their mother and her spouse, who they feel is excessively critical of their father Kevin Federline, a long time ago, the insider said.
In addition, the insider said, "Unless Sam and Kevin found a way to be friends, the boys are very much behind their dad and unwillingly keeping their distance from all that drama."

Since there is no evidence that Britney Spears has been given an ultimatum by her kids, it is still prudent to treat this claim with caution.
Furthermore, there is no indication that Sam Asghari, the stepfather of the two boys, is disliked.
There is also no evidence, as of this writing, that Sean Preston and Jayden seek to establish a relationship with their mother. Because they do still have their father's loyalty.
It's also understandable that the "Lucky" singer misses her kids; after all, it's been a while since she's spoken to or seen them.
The two boys had a demand that their mother fulfill before they would start speaking to Britney again, and it was clear that all they wanted was for her to be alright.
Britney Spears has made news for her alarming social media posts and rants for the past few months. Some others claimed that removing her from conservatorship may have been a mistake because of her downward spiral.
