Zara Larsson has officially entered a new era of her music career as she recently surprised fans with her upcoming comeback single "Can't Tame Her."

Born in Solna, Stockholm, Sweden, on December 16, 1997, the singer is now celebrating her 25th birthday! At the time of her birth, her parents were devastated for a few moments as she told Svenska Dagbladet that she was born "dead" because of a lack of oxygen from her nuchal cord.

The pop star was very fond of music at a young age as she started listening to famous singers like Whitney Houston and Carola Häggkvist when she was a kid and she considers them her inspiration in music.

Zara Larsson's Music Career

Larsson started her music career very early after joining "Talang," the Swedish adaptation of the "Got Talent" franchise. She was just 10 years old when she rose to the top among other competitors as she won the competition.

Her finale song was Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On," which she later recorded and released as her debut single.

Despite her young age, the pop star proved that she could be a successful musician in the music industry as her debut song managed to dominate the Swedish Singles Chart for six consecutive weeks. It peaked at number seven for a week.

Her commercial success began in 2012 when she was signed under TEN Music Group to record her debut EP.

Unfortunately, it was leaked on December 2012 through an unofficial music video of "Uncover." Despite the fiasco, her label still pushed through its release in January 2013.

Zara Larsson amassed international recognition when she released "Lush Life" in 2015, she later collaborated with renowned musicians like MNEK for "Never Forget You," Tinie Tempah for "Girls Like" and David Guetta for "This One's for You."

Zara Larsson New Music Coming Soon?

Many fans are patiently waiting for the pop star to release her upcoming album after her previous two international records "So Good" in 2017 and "Poster Girl" in 2021.

Larsson excites her supporters by dropping an official teaser of her upcoming song "Can't Tame Her."

According to Official Charts, her long-awaited album will be released under her own music label called Sommer House, licensed by Epic Records and Sony Sweden.

Owning a record label means she holds all the master recording rights to her songs, including the previous releases.

As of this writing, the official release date has yet to be announced.
