Coolio did not have a will at the time of his passing. Unfortunately, this can make things messy for his children.

When he unexpectedly passed away in September, the Gangsta's Paradise rapper did not specify how he wanted to divide his riches among his seven children, RadarOnline.com has learnt. Coolio died intestate, which means he did not leave a will.

According to paperwork obtained by The Blast, the deceased musician's manager initiated the probate process in order to have his inheritance valued.

The "Fantastic Voyage" rapper's estate reportedly contains "personal property and demand deposit accounts, financial accounts, insurance policies, and royalties" valued at over $300,000.

The exact worth of Coolio's estate is currently unknown. His children are expected to inherit his estate. According to the records, the manager has designated Coolio's children as next of kin and possible beneficiaries. Coolio, whose true name was Artis Leon Ivey Jr., died unexpectedly while visiting a buddy in Los Angeles three months ago.

According to RadarOnline.com, the musician went to the bathroom at his friend's house and never returned. His friend went to check on him and discovered Coolio lying on the ground. The companion phoned emergency medical personnel, who pronounced the celebrity dead at the site. His asthma may have contributed to his death, according to his pals, who believe he died of cardiac arrest.

The rapper appeared healthy and joyful while posing for selfies with admirers at the airport days before his passing. The next week, he was scheduled to play in Germany before returning to the United States to perform with Vanilla Ice, Tone Loc, Rob Base, Young MC, and All-4-One in Texas. Sadly, Coolio never had the opportunity.

His manager then verified Coolio's passing. "We are saddened by the loss of our dear friend and client, Coolio, who passed away this afternoon," Sheila Finegan stated. "He touched the world with the gift of his talent and will be missed profoundly." "Thank you to everyone worldwide who has listened to his music and to everyone who has been reaching out regarding his passing," the statement continued. "Please have Coolio's loved ones in your thoughts and prayers."
