Lil Keed's real cause of death has been revealed seven months after his sudden passing.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner released the official autopsy report, obtained by Yahoo! News, confirming that the rapper died of natural causes months ago due to eosinophilia.

The coroner, however, said it remains unknown what caused his condition.

The document added that Lil Keed - whose real name was Raqhid Jevon Render - wanted to go to the hospital around 7:30 p.m. on the night of his death.

"He had been sick in bed for four days with complaints of stomach and back pains," the report divulged. "His brother noted that the decedent's eyes were jaundiced and drove him to the hospital in a private vehicle."

While on his way to a medical facility, the "Pull Up" rapper started experiencing a seizure before going unresponsive. The rapper was then pronounced dead at 10:14 p.m.

In a statement to People, the coroner revealed that he visited a hospital in Georgia for stomach pain. But he reportedly left "against medical advice" and did not visit a hospital again for follow-up care.

While Lil Keed often drank alcohol and smoked a vape pen, his family insisted he did not use drugs. They also said he did not have any known medical conditions at the time of his passing.

The clarification about Lil Keed's cause of death came after the rapper's mother, Michelle Woods, shared on Instagram that her son died from natural causes. She also dismissed the claims about drugs or alcohol being involved in his passing.

Lil Keed's Cause of Death: What Is Eosinophilia?

According to Cincinnati Children's, eosinophilia occurs when a person has high levels of eosinophils, a type of immune cell in the blood and tissues. It can be caused by short-term infections and other disorders.

A high number of eosinophils may be due to autoimmune diseases, eczema, fungal infections, asthma, allergic disease, adrenal gland deficiency, leukemia, and parasite infection, among others. A low count, meanwhile, means there is a possible overproduction of certain steroids in a system or alcohol intoxication.
