Last year, Kanye West's behavior towards his staff and other people that he has worked with on his business revealed the unruly behavior he has displayed throughout the years.
The revelation shortly came after Kanye West's hate storm and immense media meltdown on antisemitism.
Starting from his outlandish statement shirts, Kanye West might have offended almost everyone with his behavior, including his own family and now-divorced wife, Kim Kardashian.
Now, in another Rolling Stone exclusive, former staffers are revealing that some Adidas execs, who were knowledgeable about West's workplace behavior had purposely shut their eyes off of West's actions.
"There was no accountability," says a staffer to the outlet. "Difficult moments happened, with executives in the room - VP level or higher - and nothing would be done. You'd still show up to work the next day."
Apparently, Adidas execs who were knowledgeable of West's "problematic behavior" had 'turned their moral compass off" enabling the rap mogul to continue with his actions.
The publication exclusively obtained a scathing letter from the brand's staffers, revealing the company's negligence and West's lewd behavior.

"He has, in years past, exploded at women in the room with offensive remarks, and would resort to sexually disturbing references when providing design feedback. This type of response from a brand partner is one that Adidas employees should never be subjected to, nor should Adidas leadership ever tolerate," the letter reads.
When the publication reached out to Adidas, they almost did not dignify the speculations with a response, saying that they "will not discuss private conversations, details, or events that lead [sic] to our decision to terminate the Adidas Yeezy partnership and decline to comment on any related speculation."
West's problematic behavior had been revealed before by former staffers from Adidas and even his own team. Some even say that he has shown intimate photos of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian's during interviews, and even watch porn during meetings, among many vulgar actions.
Following his antisemitic statements on Twitter and on the media, Adidas has severed ties with West, which meant that their billion-dollar deal with West's YEEZY has gone down the drain, too. Kanye West's Net Worth has also plummeted to $400 million. prompting Forbes to remove him from the Billionaire list.
