The Kid Laroi is finally dropping his highly-anticipated debut studio album, "The First Time," this year, and he just gave fans a glimpse of what's in store.

The Australian native unveiled a 30-second trailer of his upcoming single, which is slated for release next week.

He begins by saying: "You never forget the first time." It shows him jumping into a pool.

It also showed the 19-year-old in a series of vintage-looking clips as he went on narrating: "The first time you fall in love, the first time you get caught, the first time you feel shame, the first real kiss."

The video is accompanied by an upbeat song playing in the background, which, according to Billboard, is presumably the upcoming single.

"The First Time" follows a concept of firsts, which seems fitting because it will also be Kid Laroi's first album.

Genius shared several songs which is said to be included in the album's tracklist, like "I Can't Go Back to the Way It Was," "Love Again," "You," "Where Does Your SPirit Go," "Heaven," "What Just Happened," "Complain," "Bleed," "Money on Me," "Cash Out," "Wrong Way," "Go Ahead," and more.

Although none of these songs are confirmed to be included in the highly anticipated album.

Despite having a successful career very early into his life, Kid Laroi is actually yet to release any studio albums, although he has several music releases done in the past.

As of this writing, he has over 20 music videos and singles, an EP , and a mixtape.

His EP, released in 2021, "F**k Love," received much success, which only made him realize how important it is to make and curate the perfect debut studio album.

"I made the decision that I need to take some time away from everything and focus on the next project; my debut album."

"I'm going to miss you all beyond words can describe, but I do believe that this is what I need to do to give you all the best music possible," he announced.

Kid Laroi, born Charlton Kenneth Jeffrey Howard, hails from Waterloo, New South Wales in Australia. He began showing interest in music and uploaded his songs on SoundCloud.

He eventually began to take off after becoming a finalist in the Triple J Unearthed high competition.

Kid Laroi once shared that he wants to put his home country on the map, the way Drake did with Canada, and although he is some ways from becoming one of the biggest artists, he is surely on his way there.
