Months after her divorce from Morgan Evans, Kelsea Ballerini is now ready to move forward with her love life-with "Outer Banks" star Chase Stokes.
The dating rumors were first sparked when the actor shared a carousel of pictures on his Instagram, one of which included a picture of himself with a blonde watching a football game, and get this: the woman was leaning on his shoulder!
Stokes' Instagram post simply read "lil recap," but what caught everyone's attention was a particular comment that read "go vols," to which he replied with a face-with-peaking-eye emoji, Seventeen reported.
Following this interaction, fans could not get enough of the new couple and began gushing about them immediately.
However, their excitement might have been dashed when gossip page DeuxMoi unveiled a rumor that the pair weren't dating but instead were involved in a PR relationship.
Ballerini took to TikTok to directly address the rumors. "I know, I know. Stop reading, stop looking. But what is happening, guys? What?"
On the other hand, Stokes also addressed the rumors-although he was more direct about it.
"She's a sweet girl," the 30-year-old actor said about the 29-year-old singer. "We're having a good time and that's all I'll say."

The Past
Both celebrities used to be in long-term relationships; Ballerini was married to Evans for almost five years, while Stokes was in a relationship with actress and model Madelyn Cline.
The actor met Cline in 2019, began dating in 2020, and reportedly broke up a year later. They reconciled but broke up one last time.
Meanwhile, Ballerini and Evans announced their divorce in August last year, and their divorce was finalized in November.
According to reports, it was the "Heartfirst" singer who initiated the divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences."
She also took to social media to share the devastating news: Friends, I've always tried my best to share my life with you in a real and vulnerable way, while also protecting layers of my personal life as they unfold. This is now public record so I wanted you to hear from me directly that I am going through a divorce.
"This deeply difficult decision is the result of a journey of love, growth, and effort that ultimately has come to an end."
