As reported back in March, an all-star group of musicians including Elvis Costello, Marcus Mumford, and My Morning Jacket's Jim James teamed up to record two dozen songs featuring previously unreleased Bob Dylan lyrics. Today, Consequence of Sounds reports that the album's full details have been released, including the release date, artwork, and tracklist, as well as the song "Nothing To It," which you can check out below.

Lost On The River: The New Basement Tapes, which is set for release on Nov. 11, is based around recently unearthed lyrics dating back to 1967, when Dylan recorded the legendary Basement Tapes album with The Band in upstate New York. The album will include 15 songs, as well as five bonus tracks for the deluxe edition. Along with Costello, Mumford, and James, some of the album's other featured artists include Taylor Goldsmith of Dawes, Rhiannon Giddens of Carolina Chocolate Drops, producer T-Bone Burnett, and even actor Johnny Depp. The creation of the album was documented in the film Lost Songs: The Basement Tapes Continued, which is set to premiere on Showtime on Nov. 21.

The first song to be shared from the album is "Nothing To It," featuring Jim James on lead vocals. Like much of Dylan's material from the late '60s-early '70s, it's a breezy and sweetly melodic track, and though James and company may not have done a better job than Dylan would have in 1967, he's certainly done a better job than Dylan would have in 2014.
