Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez caught the attention of many due to their contrasting vibes at the Grammys.
It was reported that the "Gone Girl" actor looked bored and unhappy, while JLo appeared to be irked by him at one point.
Rumor has it that the "All I Have" hitmaker was not pleased to see her husband appearing unhappy at the Grammys, as it put a dent in their "brand."
Allegedly, this caused her to be caught on camera, seemingly snapping at him.
"Jen was furious when she saw Ben's faces throughout the show," a source told Heat Magazine.
"She understands it's part of their image to be photographed looking madly in love, so she snapped at him and told him he had to be on his best behavior."
A lip reader explained that in the footage that JLo instructed the "Gone Girl" actor to "Stop. Look more friendly. Look motivated" following what appeared to be a brief, angry encounter. "I might," Ben said.
According to the insider, JLo's dominating behavior was already affecting Ben.
"Jen's controlling streak is really getting to him," the source continued.
The sight of his wife giving him a stern lecture was enough to make him feel ashamed, per the source.
It was captured on video, and the humiliation was allegedly unbearable. Although desperate for more freedom, the source said this situation was of the "Batman v. Superman" actor's own doing, so all that could be done now was lie in the bed that had been made.
"Divorce would not even be considered as an option."

But it seems things have changed in Ben Affleck's mind because another report by the National Enquirer claims he wants to divorce the "Hustlers" actress for humiliating him in front of 12 million people.
The outlet claimed that the "Deep Water" actor is seeking to end his marriage with JLo after she made him the butt of jokes in front of countless people.
According to one source, this event made him recall why he split from her back in 2004.
"Ben is absolutely humiliated by what transpired. He feels like everyone is laughing at him and can't stand it anymore," divulged the informant.
A mental health expert who are not counseling the couple also commented on Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez's relationship. She told the National Enquirer that the couple had an unusually close mother-son dynamic which she believed would be detrimental to their romance in time, thus predicting it was unlikely to last.
Still, taking these reports with a grain of salt is best.
