Lewis Capaldi's Germany concert became his fans' show, as well.

On Tuesday, Capaldi graced the stage of his Frankfurt, Germany, concert and gave his fans the best night with his hit songs. The 26-year-old singer's performance happened smoothly, but it was interrupted a little when he experienced a series of tics.

The episode happened while he was performing the bridge of his hit song, "Someone You Loved." The crooner suddenly stopped, and his fans immediately noticed what was happening to him.

On TikTok, clips of Capaldi's performance went viral not because of his public tics, but because of his fans' heartfelt move on singing with him until he was able to pick up the song again. Internet users revealed that the moment was "so beautiful" it caused them to become emotional.

Fans also took their heartfelt messages to Capaldi and the concertgoers on Twitter.

One wrote, "Sharing this because as an absolute fan of Lewis Capaldi its beautiful to see fans see him experience his episodes and instead of being mean or selfish about it they sang until he was gained back control. Psa; he actually has Tourette's syndrome."

"The movements are more exaggerated now. So, I do my neck cracks a lot; I, kind of, lift my left shoulder up, my face moves a bit and I do these deep breaths," he said. "I can see... micro versions of them in interviews that I've done in the past. I think I've always done this stuff."

Although the health condition was shocking, Capaldi noted that it explains "so much" of his life.

According to the Tourette Association of America, Tourette's Syndrome is a type of tic disorder that causes a patient to experience motor and vocal tics. The exact cause of the disease remains unknown, but there are studies saying that genetics are involved in the development of it.
