"Cheerio," she captioned the post, along with an arrow-pierced heart emoji.
Although the couple, who got married in 2018, appeared to be enjoying the time of their lives, the model has limited the comment section as there were only selected people who could leave a remark under her post.
This comes after an old video of Hailey resurfaced online, showing her pretending to gag after Method Man mentioned Taylor Swift's name.
