Tom Sizemore's health continues to deteriorate a week following his hospitalization.

The singer-actor suffered a brain aneurysm from a stroke on Feb. 18. His representative, Charles Lago, released a confirmation saying that Sizemore was hospitalized following the life-threatening health issue.

He was found around 2 a.m. inside his Los Angeles home before he was declared in critical condition at a local hospital.

In the past few days, however, his family received advice from his doctors at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank to expect the worst as there is no chance for him to recover.

Variety updated its report Monday after receiving a new statement.

"Doctors informed his family that there is no further hope and have recommended end of life decision. The family is now deciding end-of-life matters and a further statement will be issued on Wednesday," the representative said.

Lago also asked the public to give his family privacy amid the difficult time. He thanked everyone who had been supporting the actor-singer and offering prayers in the past few days.

Fans continue to send outpouring messages online, as well, as they hope for the best for Sizemore and his family.
