Ticketmaster has been the reason for many fans' headaches in the past few months.

Starting with the disastrous Taylor Swift 'The Eras' tour presale fiasco that happened last November 2022 - the same thing seemed to have happened on BTS' Suga's upcoming North American tour.

BTS Suga Concert Tickets Issue With Ticketmaster

Suga, who will be embarking on his first solo world tour, crashed the internet and Ticketmaster's server again on the ARMY Member Presale.

ARMYs found themselves in the same situation with Swifties back in November 2022, waiting for hours in virtual queues and experiencing technical difficulties in purchasing their tickets.

However, some had successfully gone through. But on the first day of the ticket selling, it seemed like everything had been emptied out already.

According to a Tweet from Ticketmaster, there will not be a General Verified Fan Presale or General Onsale anymore due to the extremely high demand during the ARMY MEMBER Presale last Mar. 2, 2023.

ARMYS have taken to social media to express their anger and frustration with the still-flawed ticketing giant.

"ticketmaster i'm going to do something very horrible," a user tweeted.

"Army membership got them all I knew if I wasn't even gonna go with those prices Ticketmaster is a straight up scam at this point," another shared.

"why does this keep happening," someone asked.

Some fans have also taken a jab at the platinum ticket pricing, with tickets skyrocketing to almost $1,000 dollars.

"My friend and I bought tickets in the same section, it cost her $279.50 and me $990, the only difference is that mine says Platinum. Why is it almost 4 times more expensive?" someone posted.

The fan also went on to share that the seat difference was only seven rows apart, entering at the same time that the presale started.

"I feel your pain as it happened to me too. Worse ticket buying experience I have ever had," a fan responded.

Currently, Ticketmaster and Live Nation are being investigated by the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Competition Policy, Antitrust, and Consumer Rights. They are probing the long-standing antitrust claims against Ticketmaster and Live Nation and their monopolistic reign on the live music industry.

The US Department of Justice is also conducting a separate investigation, even before the Taylor Swift "The Eras" Tour debacle happened.
