Mojo Music & Media has purchased a collection of catalogs containing 30 chart-topping songs spanning seven decades, from the 1950s to the 2010s.

The agreements include the rights to songs such as Missing Persons' Destination Unknown, Duran Duran's "Ordinary World," Jennifer Lopez's "On The Floor," The Four Preps' "26 Miles" (Santa Catalina), Omar's "There's Nothing Like That," and Metro Station's "Shake It."

Spirit Music Group founder Mark Fried, former Spirit Senior Vice President Peter Shane, and former Ernst & Young executive Alan Wallis created Mojo Music.

The company's collection has almost 20,000 songs, including 700 chart-topping hits. The songwriter and guitarist Warren Cuccurullo began his career with Frank Zappa, co-founded the New Wave rock band Missing People with Dale and Terry Bozzio, and then joined Duran Duran.

Mojo claims to have bought all of his composer and publishing rights, as well as his artist revenues and adjacent rights. The discography includes all of Missing People' '80s pop songs, including Words, Destination Unknown, Mental Hopscotch, Give, and club hit I Can't Think About Dancin.

Meanwhile, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck apparently had second thoughts about the $34.5 million estate they were planning to purchase, as they pulled out of escrow on the property only days before closing.

According to TMZ, it is unknown why J.Lo, 53, who has been in dance rehearsals, and her new husband, 50, felt the large Pacific Palisades mansion was not for them. The seven-bedroom, thirteen-bathroom residence is situated in the exclusive Rustic Canyon. In addition, it features a six-car garage, a detached guest house, a pool, a dining room with a fireplace, and a stylish bar.

According to the ad, there is a jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen on the patio. The property's master suite features a private terrace, multiple baths, and closets, in addition to a wine cellar, home gym, and health spa. According to the source, Ben and Jen recently viewed other homes in the same region, including one that was twice as expensive as the home they supposedly rejected.

The search for a home for the newlyweds and their blended family has lasted around a year. The couple was frequently pictured seeing expensive residences in Los Angeles. It was once believed that Jen and Ben would renovate the expansive Bel-Air property owned by the All I Have singer, with a move-in date slated for later this year. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the star of Shotgun Wedding has put the property on the market for $42.5 million. Last August, it was apparently undergoing refurbishment.

Prior to reuniting with Ben in April 2021, Jennifer was in Miami, Florida with her 15-year-old twins, Max and Emme. She shares her children with her ex-husband, Marc Anthony, who is 54 years old.
