Cher and mixing pleasure with business by collaborating with her boyfriend Alexander Edwards for her upcoming albums.
Now that the wedding rumors are safely behind them, Cher and Alexander Edwards can now focus on more important things-making music together.
During her interview with E News, the 76-year-old singer revealed that she has been working on two new albums.
"I'm going to England to make two albums," she said. "Some of the songs Alexander gave me, so I'm pretty excited about that."
The vocal legend could not help but gush about her boyfriend, as she continued, "He's a producer and a writer and he does everything, so I'm happy about that."
There's a long Cher is happy about these days. Last month, she was spotted sporting an eye-catching, eyebrow-raising diamond ring on her finger during a Grammys party, reports say.
"I think like any artist," the "Believe" singer said. "when you've got something good, you're excited."
She definitely has a lot to look forward to, not only in terms of her love life, because Cher revealed that she is looking into touring after the release of her upcoming albums.
"I'm trying to get myself in shape," she said.

Cher and AE: Soulmates?
Netizens have mixed reactions when they first found out about Cher and her 40-year age gap with Edwards, or AE; some were confused whether the entire thing was simply a PR relationship.
However, by all accounts, the couple is as happy as they could ever be. In fact, sources close to them said, "They are very much in love."
"They held hands all night and were very lovey-dovey and kissing often," they continued, but also clarified that despite the massive rock Cher was sporting on her finger, they have no plans of tying the knot just yet.
They're not talking marriage or anything like that, but they are exclusive and serious."
Cher has also spoken about the relationship on several occasions. She acknowledged that the age gap is definitely something that many will question, but their love is real.
"On paper, it's kind of ridiculous," she said. "But in real life, we get along great. He's fabulous. And I don't give men qualities that they don't deserve."
Now that Cher is collaborating with AE, it just seems to make sense-at least from an artist's standpoint.
According to People magazine, AE is a music executive at Universal Music Group and he worked as a producer at Tyga's record label, so he definitely knows a thing or two about producing music.
