Finesse2tymes addressed the rumors that he caused the stampede in GloRilla's concert over the weekend.

Multiple news outlets cited police reports, confirming that a stampede after a shooting incident occurred at the Main Street Armory shortly after the show ended at 11 p.m. The situation left two people killed and eight injured.

After the news broke, the public quickly blamed Finesse2tymes, who performed alongside GloRilla.

On Tuesday, he formally addressed the issue in a quick interview with a news outlet after he initially posted his reaction on his Instagram Story. During the conversation, he revealed he was no longer in the area when the show ended that night.

"When it go on anywhere else, don't nobody get blamed," he said as he laughed. "When it go on at my show, I get blamed. As far as the situation in New York, condolences to the family and the people who was injured."

Finesse2tymes noted that people quickly blamed him, as well, when another shooting occurred during his previous show in Knoxville, Tennessee. There were rumors that his team stole money from the store near the venue and setup the shooting, all of which had since been denied by the rapper.

Following the recent incident, Finesse2tymes said he believes there would be no legal action against him since "something in the venue fell."
