Sunday's Academy Awards night may have disappointed "Elvis" fans by failing to win any of its eight nominations, but Priscilla Presley may not have noticed.

She is instead preparing for the newest strategy in her court battle for her daughter Lisa Marie Presley's estate.

Priscilla, 77, was absent last week, but she had her first red-carpet appearance since Lisa Marie's death to celebrate the premiere of the new Netflix drama "Agent Elvis."

According to Page Six, Priscilla is immersed in a legal battle with her granddaughter, Riley Keough, over Lisa Marie's fortune and the keys to Graceland.

Lisa Marie's ex-husband Michael Lockwood is scheduled to appear in court for her 14-year-old twins, Finley and Harper, on April 13 in Los Angeles. Lockwood hopes to legally represent them in their legal struggle.

Priscilla and Michael maintained a solid friendship despite Lisa Marie's claimed disinterest in reconnecting with her former husband. Riley Kough may be concerned that they are plotting against her.

The 61-year-old guitarist recently requested that his local court appoint him as "guardian ad litem" over Harper and Finley. Papers revealed that this would allow him to represent them in court.

According to a Hollywood insider, this is nothing out of the ordinary; Michael and Priscilla have always been close.

Michael was not formally invited to Lisa Marie's memorial at Graceland in January, but Priscilla got him in.

The former couple had been apart since 2016, when they filed for divorce after a decade of marriage. The custody fight had only been concluded a few months ago, in October.

According to sources, Lisa Marie and Priscilla's relationship had been problematic even before her demise.

Upon Lisa Marie's death, it was confirmed that her three children would inherit Graceland.

Nevertheless, on Monday, allegations spread that Keough had replaced the locks, but a Graceland representative denied these assertions. They said that no new locks had been installed after her death.

Meanwhile, On Tuesday, a court hearing regarding custody of the twin daughters of Lisa Marie was held via Zoom. Representing her in court was her lawyer, Gary Fishbein, who pleaded with Judge Joseph Lipner to dismiss the case altogether.

According to The Sun, Gary argued that the case should not continue, because his client had passed away.

He stated there were no further problems in regards to the custody battle. On the other hand, her attorney said the marriage between Michael and his late client had been dissolved; meanwhile, the child support order was still standing.

Following their divorce, Michael Lockwood is now in close proximity to his two daughters - Harper and Finley,14. It is possible that he will be awarded full legal custody given the current situation.
