Priscilla Presley and her granddaughter Riley Keough are anticipated to compete for Lisa Marie Presley's will.

Nonetheless, there have been changes as a result of disputes in the famed Presley family.

According to Radar Online, the late King of Rock 'n' Roll's ex-wife has asked a postponement of the first hearing on her petition to become the trustee of her late daughter's trust, which was scheduled for April 13.

Priscilla's counsel requested that the hearing be rescheduled for mid-May, citing scheduling issues.

In court documents obtained by the outlet, her attorney stated, "Due to scheduling conflicts, the petitioner respectfully requests that April 13 hearing date be moved to May 15."

Priscilla Presley is contesting an alleged alteration to Lisa Marie's trust that removed her as co-trustee and instead named her grandkids Riley Keough and Benjamin Keough as co-trustees of their mother's estate. Benjamin, sadly, died in 2020.

The lawyer contended that the supposed alteration was more likely to be fraudulent, and that the distressed celebrity's signature on the paper differed from her customary signature.

Priscilla also stated that the original form of the amendment had not been found and was assumed to be destroyed.

Lisa Marie Presley's $35 million fortune has been the subject of a judicial struggle for several months.

Priscilla filed a petition in court in January challenging the legitimacy of the trust's 2016 revision, alleging that she and Riley should both serve as co-trustees - but she was withdrawn from that case.

Priscilla Presley also informed that Lisa Marie's previous business manager Barry Seigel planned to resign as a co-trustee, which meant Riley would take his place.

The renowned mother, on the other hand, feels she and Riley should act as co-trustees.

The legal fight has produced a schism in the family, according to sources, who claim the "Daisy Jones and the Sixth" actress is upset with her grandmother's conduct and doesn't like the fact that she is seeing her mother's ex-husband, Michael Lockwood.
