Many fans were worried after Craig Charles performed live on television and suffered a medical emergency while presenting his highly-anticipated show; what is his current condition today?

According to NME, the radio presenter was hosting the BBC 6 Music show earlier this week when he reportedly suffered from a few symptoms on stage.

The pioneer DJ recently came back to the program to explain what happened to him, saying he felt a "tingling" sensation in his fingers and pain in the right shoulder that later climb up to his neck and head area.

Even though he was experiencing a major health setback while on air, the show must go on as he waited for the show to be finished before going to the hospital.

Further explaining his situation, the DJ said his hands couldn't grip even a pen, adding, "I had a pain in the right side of me shoulder going up my neck and into the back of my head."

Charles then recalled a producer came up to check on him to ask if he was okay, to which he said that he was not but he has to get through the show.

After being encouraged by his BBC co-workers, he was finally able to go to A&E at Wythenshawe Hospital in Manchester.

Upon arriving at the medical facility, he was immediately given a series of tests including an ECG test to rule out any possibility of heart problems.

He then noted that he spent over 24 hours in the hospital due to determine whether he has more issues with his health.

Craig Charles 'Not Dying'

After a CT scan, doctors confirmed that there is nothing to worry about with his brain and that his blood flow was normal.

"nothing [is] wrong with the brain, and the blood flows going quite nicely from my neck up into my head so I'm fine," he added. (via the outlet mentioned above)
