Following his breakup with Olivia Wilde in November, the "As It Was" award-winning singer was photographed and recorded with the brunette stunner.
The 29-year-old "Don't Worry Darling" actor and the 31-year-old model were spotted kissing while Harry is on his globe "Love On Tour."
As people strolled around the street, the public make-out session took place against the side of a parked automobile.
During their hug, Emily touched the singer-actor's face as he placed his hand on hers.
Emily donned a scarlet puffer coat, while Harry wore a black jacket with his hair tied back into a bun.
After comedian Eric Andre declared his affair with Emily Ratajkowski last month, photographs and video of their intense PDA went viral.
The 39-year-old even posted two NSFW photos of himself and Emily when they were at home on Instagram.
Last month, it was also rumoured that Harry Styles had moved on from Olivia Wilde with someone else, although the mystery lady was not recognized.

According to a source who spoke to the Mirror, the "Dunkirk" star was dating someone but was putting in a lot of effort to keep her name a secret after the drama surrounding his relationship with Olivia.
The insider went on to say that most of Harry Styles' pals were aware of his new romance and that, despite the fact that it was new, things were allegedly going well for them already.
However, the name of the purported mysterious lover was disclosed by the Daily Mail in mid-March.
According to the report, Australian influencer and fashion blogger Yan Yan Chan had a secret hideaway with Harry while he was in Australia for his February tour.
Their romance is said to have begun after the "Watermelon Sugar" singer sneaked into the model's DMs and invited her to a private afterparty following his March 4 gig in Sydney.
Yan Yan was allegedly observed at the performance seated in a gold-class corporate box with a bunch of other influencers.
Despite the fact that the two have been following each other on Instagram since 2020, Harry and Yan Yan have yet to be photographed together.
Fans will have to wait to find out who Harry Styles' real girlfriend is.
