The 41-year-old Princess of Pop was photographed at a Starbucks in the coastal town wearing a black off-the-shoulder dress, according to the publication.
Britney appeared to be looking at the menu next to a man, and she could be seen taking a sip from her tumbler cup as she gazed at him.
According to another source, the man could be heard conversing in Spanish.
The security personnel reportedly ordered, and he and Britney left in the same car together.

Despite being seen without their wedding bands, Britney Spears and her husband, Sam Asghari, are still going strong.
His spokesman verified that there are no wedding issues.
Sam wasn't wearing his wedding ring since he was in the middle of filming a movie.
He was also not on vacation with the singer-dancer since he was working.

According to The Sun, Britney grinned in the video after admitting that she was "so happy" before marrying Sam.
