Fans might have a great time at the concert, but during a tour's sale, they're fighting tooth and nail to cop tickets at a reasonable price.

Maggie Rogers seems to think she has the key to solving this ongoing problem with Ticketmaster's dynamic pricing, scammers, and bots: do it like it's 1965.

"On Friday, for one day only, we're running an in-person pre-sales, where you can go directly to your local box office to buy a ticket," the singer announced.

"There's a two-ticket-per-person limit, but you can choose any ticket you want - all of the prices and tiers will be available, along with exclusive merch and a special playlist I cooked up just for box office day."

This is Roger's way of addressing the longstanding problem that fans encounter every time they're buying tickets to see their favorite artists live.

While the practice of physically lining up for tickets is a thing of the past, it might just prove to be effective.

Pre-sale for Roger's "Summer Of '23 Tour" will be open this coming Friday, Apr. 7; fans who aren't able to make it to the box office can check the singer's website for registrations, which will be available on Apr. 11.

Furthermore, fans can purchase their tickets through Spotify's pre-sale, which will happen on Apr. 12.

Love For Music

Before making it big in the music scene, Rogers considered a career in music journalism before pursuing a career in the very field that she wished to write and report about.

She released her debut studio album in 2019, via Debay Sounds, "Heard It in a Past Life."

It was succeeded by her sophomore album, "Surrender," which was released in 2022.

Prior to her studio album releases, Rogers worked on two more albums which were independently released, "The Echo" in 2012, and "Blood Ballet" in 2014.
