Liam Gallagher is not impressed by the Coachella Festival.

Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is currently one of the largest, most profitable, and most in-demand music festivals in the US and the world. For its 2023 installment, over 120,000 attendees have already watched the first weekend of the festival.

Despite its success, Gallagher dissed the festival and called it "pathetic."

Liam Gallagher Slams Coachella Festival

Gallagher previously played at the annual music festival in Indio, California, with his previous bandmates in Oasis. However, the frontman recently called out the festival in a tweet on Tuesday.

A fan mentioned him in a tweet that expressed their dismay at Frank Ocean's performance. The user asked the musician to headline Coachella Festival for the injured musician and show him "how it is done."

Instead of approving, Gallagher replied by calling Coachella Festival a "pathetic festival."

Another Twitter user reminded him that he once headlined the show, but Gallagher replied, "Never wouldn't catch me at an establishment like that."

Ocean's performance attracted criticism after he started late and ended early due to his ankle injury. Per his team, the health issue led them to have last-minute production changes.

Liam Gallagher Shares Thoughts on Oasis AI Album

Recently, Oasis AI album "AISIS" presented the band's songs but used AI instead. It mimics the Gallagher brothers' sound and replaced the original singer's voice with AI vocals.

"AISIS is an alternate reality concept album where the band's 95-97 line-up continued to write music, or perhaps all got together years later to write a record akin to the first 3 albums, and only now has the master DAT tape from that session surfaced," the band Breezer said.

Some musicians expressed disappointment over the AI versions of their music. However, Gallagher approved of AISIS and even said that the album's tune is better than anything else.

Gallagher brothers created Oasis in 1991 in Manchester alongside Paul "Bonehead" Arthurs, Paul "Guigsy" McGuigan, and Tony McCarroll. The band savored fame but immediately flopped when it released its lowest-selling album in 2000.

Oasis' relationship was also tested when the Gallagher brothers got involved in a huge fight, leading Noel to quit the band.

The band officially disbanded in 2009, but Gallagher once hinted at their reunion. Noel also revealed that he wants his brother to call him for a reunion - although he knew he would not.
