Morgan Wallen might have gotten himself into some trouble, which is about to become one big legal headache.

The country music star was set to perform at the Ole Miss football stadium, and the place was already packed full of excited people who have been anticipating the concert for months.

However, they were shocked by the news-which was simply flashed on a huge screen-that the concert would not push through because Wallen allegedly "lost his voice." x

Lawsuit

According to reports, some fans of the "Though You Should Know" singer is suing him for "breach of contract and negligence" in a class-action lawsuit.

However, before the dust even settled, the suit was withdrawn in federal court, but they are still determined to see the singer face justice for his actions.

"The (first) lawsuit was mistakenly filed based on a misunderstanding. The lawsuit has been dismissed and the case is closed," said Casey Lott, the lawyer of the angry and frustrated concertgoers.

"We plan to refile the class action lawsuit with a new plaintiff in the coming days."

The cancelation news caused outrage among the concertgoers, as they had spent so much money on this concert and preparing for it.

"Even if ticket prices are refunded, no offer has been made to reimburse concertgoers for other out-of-pocket expenses they incurred in connection with the concert cancellation," read the suit. "including transportation, lodging, food, merchandise sales, transaction fees, and other such expenses."

Refund and Regrets

Wallen eventually addressed his fans through social media and apologized for canceling last minute.

"It kills me to deliver this so close to showtime," he said. "But my voice is shot and I am unable to sing ... I am so sorry, I promise you guys I tried everything I could."

However, some fans were no longer having it. They are furious and they plan to pursue the matter, especially since money is involved.

In fact, one fan allegedly demanded the singer pay them $4,000 in expenses after canceling the show last minute.

According to the New York Post, Mandi Walker Nowlin took to social media to share a complete list of all her expenses for the concert, which included gas, clothes, food, and more.

"Since you're offering refunds ... here is our itemized bill for you," the concertgoer wrote, tagging the singer.

As of this writing, Wallen is yet to address the fans and the lawsuit.
