While filming "Back in Action," Jamie fell ill and had to be hospitalized, leaving his daughter Corinne to update his fans via social media.
Production could continue with the help of a body double while Jamie recovered from his mysterious illness.
News regarding actor Jamie Foxx's health remains unclear as the family has stayed tight-lipped on the subject.
However, Page Six reported in an article from May 4 that a source close to the star informed them that "Nothing had changed" and he was still in the same condition.
This update has left fans of Foxx perplexed, not knowing what transpired with the Golden Globe winner, who leads a highly private life.
Earlier this week, a source close to the actor informed People magazine that he was "stable and not in a life-threatening situation."
Although not much has been revealed online, another industry source told the magazine that while the actor is known to be resilient, his loved ones are still praying for his full recovery.
An insider revealed, "His family and friends are supporting him and are there for him. There has been no word on when he is leaving the hospital."

This past May 4, an Instagram post was made exclaiming, "Appreciate all the love!!! Feeling blessed," and contained a variety of emojis. Although uncertain, this post may have been composed by acclaimed actor Jamie Foxx.
Some said it might not have been the star who shared an update with his millions of fans on social media.
Worrying comments flooded in from fans, with one writing, "Another day ... with no update on Jamie Foxx ..." and another chiming in with "I tried to tell you.... 'Jamie Foxx's condition has NOT changed'".
One fan expressed their best wishes, saying, "Still praying for Jamie Foxx. Hope everything is good ."
Another had a somewhat controversial opinion when they wrote, "Rumor has it that Jamie Foxx is no longer with us and that the announcement of his passing is being withheld until such a time as those who will profit from his death can get maximum bang for their buck.
