Taylor Swift recently performed in Chicago for her "The Eras" tour, and there was one moment during her show when fans noticed that the pop star was visibly emotional; many concertgoers blame the alleged Matty Healy break up as the reason why she shed a tear.

Taking to the Soldier Field in the Windy City over the weekend, the 33-year-old artist played an acoustic rendition of the track "I Don't Wanna Live Forever," which is said to be a break-up song. The original track featured Zayn Malik.

While performing the song with a piano, videos circulating online show the pop singer visibly holding back her emotions as her voice cracked while singing the lyrics: "If I dodged a bullet, or just lost the love of my life?" (via Hello!)

As of this writing, Taylor Swift has yet to address the break up rumors surrounding her and Matty Healy.

Taylor Swift, Matty Healy Breakup

The "Out of the Woods" songstress and The 1975 frontman made headlines over the past few weeks after they were allegedly dating.

However, earlier this week, reports started circulating online that the pair had already broken up just a month after getting together.

An insider spoke to People Magazine to share more details about the rumored split, saying, "She had fun with him, but it was always casual... They are no longer romantically involved."

On the other hand, a different source spoke to Entertainment Tonight, saying that the pair broke up due to their hectic schedule and they realized that "they're not really compatible with each other."

In addition, the insider noted that the pop singer's friends only wanted the best for her and they aren't shocked that their relationship "fizzled out" as she just got out of her long-term romance with Joe Alwyn.

After the news broke out, many fans immediately shared their genuine reactions online, with some users being happy as they never liked Matty Healy in the first place.

Taylor Swift, Matty Healy Relationship

The pair's relationship began in early May after there were reports about them being in a relationship together. Days later, Healy attended all six of the musician's "The Eras" tour concerts in Nashville and Philadelphia.

There was also one moment when the frontman was spotted hanging out with Swift's father and brother in a separate section away from the crowd.

In addition, the couple was also spotted kising and holding hands in an exclusive club in New York City.

As of this writing, both parties have yet to publicly address their break up.
