"Glee" is perhaps the biggest musical dramedy on television worldwide. The global acclaim of the hit TV sensation has catapulted artists into fame and influence throughout the years.

With an ensemble cast brimming with talent, the actors and singers in the series would likely go on to win awards at the four major entertainment award-giving bodies - Emmy, Grammy, Oscars, and the Tonys.

With a new addition on the block, we have listed all the actors on "Glee" that has either won a Tony, Emmy, or a Grammy.

Tony Awards - Musical Theatre

Alex Newell

The most recent addition was Alex Newell for the role of Lulu in "Shucked." Newell made history at the 2023 Tony Awards as the first non-binary actor to win a Tony award in the show's 76 years of history. He is the second actor from "Glee" and "The Glee Project," the show's spin-off, to win a competitive Tony award.

Ali Stroker

In 2019, Ali Stroker made history as she became the first person with a disability to be nominated and win the Tony Award for Best Performance by a Featured Actress in a Musical for her role of Ado Annie Carnes in "Oklahoma!." She was the first actor from "Glee" and "The Glee Project," the show's spin-off, to win a competitive Tony Award.

Jenna Ushkowitz

Known popularly as Tina Cohen-Chang on "Glee," Ushkowitz also won a Tony Award; in fact, she won two! Despite being a stage actress too, Ushkowitz was a producer for the 2017 revival production of "Once On This Island," which won Best Revival of a Musical at the 72nd annual Tony Awards.

Two years after, Ushkowitz also produced the play "The Inheritance," which won Best Play at the 74th Annual Tony award, landing her second Tony award on her shelf.

Emmy - Television

Jane Lynch

Jane Lynch's iconic character Sue Sylvester has been nominated three times for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series. So far, she has won once for the episode "The Power of Madonna," on the show's first season.

Likewise, Gwyneth Paltrow and Neil Patrick Harris won Outstanding Guest Actress and Actor in a Comedy Series, respectively for their brief stints on the show.

Darren Criss

Thanks to "The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story," Darren Criss won a Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited Series or Movie and a Golden Globe for Best Actor - Miniseries or Television Film.

Grammy - Music

Jonathan Groff

Jonathan Groff snagged a Grammy for Best Musical Theatre Album for "Hamilton" in 2016. Aside from this, he was also nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading and Supporting Role in "Spring Awakening" and "Hamilton." He was also nominated for Outstanding Actor in a Supporting Role in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie in the 2021 live recording of "Hamilton."

Amber Riley

Amber Riley really lived out her dreams in playing Effie White in "Dreamgirls." She won an Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Musical at the West End in 2017.

Golden Globe - Television

Chris Colfer

Chris Colfer played the role of Kurt Hummel excellently and brilliantly, making him and Jane Lynch the only "Glee" actors who have won a Golden Globe Award on their respective show nominations. He won a Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in a Series. He was also nominated for an Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series.
