Camila Cabello is said to be dating again after reports of her "final breakup" with Shawn Mendes emerged.

Cabello and Mendes reportedly tried their relationship again for weeks after they were spotted kissing at the Coachella festival in April. The now-ex-couple, who initially broke up in November 2021, called it quits for good after six weeks of seeing each other earlier this year.

Camila Cabello Dating Again?

A report posted by People confirmed that Cabello is now seeing someone after becoming single again.

According to the news outlet, the 26-year-old "I Know What You Did Last Summer" singer started dating someone after she and Mendes sparked reconciliation rumors. The identity of the reported new boyfriend remains unknown.

As of press time, the ex-couple's representatives have not commented on the buzz yet, but they are both free to date someone else again after their most recent split.

Cabello and Mendes started as friends in 2014 after performing together for Austin Mahone's tour. In the years thereafter, they found themselves collaborating on more projects until they sparked dating rumors following the release of the 2019 song, "Señorita."

They dated for two years before their split in November 2021 but sparked dating rumors again earlier this year, with a source saying that they had "always seemed to have a special connection" while being friendly for months.

After their buzzworthy public kiss at Coachella, they were spotted together multiple times in New York City and Los Angeles.

Before the most recent dating rumors about Cabello, she was previously linked to LOX Club founder, Austin Kevitch.

Did Shawn Mendes Confirm Breakup With Camila Cabello?

Although Cabello and Mendes did not confirm their reconciliation and recent breakup, fans believed the "Mercy" hitmaker's recent song "What the Hell Are We Dying For?" is about his romance with the female singer.

He initially found himself in hot water for referencing the Canadian wildfires in the song lyrics and art, and he released the track while New York City and other cities on the East Coast experienced poor air quality due to the forest fires' smoke.

The song indeed includes lines about wildfires and smoke, but fans were convinced that it also shares what happened to his relationship with Cabello.

"I wanna speak, but I don't make a sound / Locked in my mind, you're all I think about/I wanna save us, but I don't know how," the lyrics go. "If we don't love like we used to / If we don't care like we used to / What the hell are we dying for? ... If you're not mine and I'm not yours / What the hell are we dying for?" the lyrics went on.
