It's a lifelong dream for fans to see their idols perform at a concert, but it became a nightmare for an Australian Swiftie who claimed to have accidentally purchased $10,000 worth of tickets for the musician's "The Eras Tour."; how did it happen?

According to  Bradenton, a TikTok user by the name @__georose shared a video on the platform to explain how she accidentally bought tickets at a higher price.

The fan, who did her makeup while telling the story, said she and her younger siblings are massive Taylor Swift fans and she was willing to spend around $900 to $1200 just to see her perform.

The problem started when the virtual queue for the Amex pre-sale became chaotic as there were times when the site crashed. Both she and her sibling opted to purchase the "It's Been A Long Time Coming" package using her parent's credit card.

At the time, she was "shaking" and went "full-on drama queen vibes" because the tickets would go on sale soon. She later revealed that there were four windows open at the time in hopes of getting tickets.

When the site opened at 10 a.m., the Ticketeck lounge just kept on "ticking over and over" until four minutes later, the tickets showed up in all four windows.

She then decided to go with the tickets that she wanted to purchase because there was a timer on the websites.

At first, she thought she was able to get two tickets in her cart so she went ahead and put the credit card number to check out.

As the website loads, she noticed in the background that her bill went up to $10,000.

"I froze, my heart literally stopped. Next minute, I'm hyperventilating, literally sobbing," she recalled the moment.

Her father then sent her a message asking her if she was able to get the tickets because he was charged $10,000 in his bank account.

Fortunately, her dad was okay with the accident and agreed to sell the tickets to those who needed them.

"Now we have amazing tickets right on the diamond," she said, before revealing that the rest of the tickets will be sold to friends and family.

"Honestly, if I could afford to spend $10,000 on Taylor Swift tickets and go every time, I probably would," she added.

Taylor Swift will perform in Australia starting at MCG in Melbourne on February 16. Her last show in the country would be at the Accor Stadium in Sydney on February 25.
