On July 25, Radke revealed on Twitter that his TikTok account was banned after voicing his opinions on trans issues and biological women's rights. He called out the company for having the "audacity to try and silence or censor the reality."

He soon posted a follow-up tweet featuring a photo of Dylan Mulvaney, a trans influencer, holding a box of tampons.

"The same people that call me a womanizer, abuser, and bigot are the same people that support the ideology that trans can have periods and support tampon companies making trans the spokesperson," he said. "It's extremely offensive to all women, to mock their biology. stop pretending this is okay."

Hours later, he dropped another hard-hitting tirade and revealed he officially changed the lyric of one of his songs, updating "I feel like a lady that is pregnant with a baby" to "I feel like a birthing person that is pregnant with a person who's been birthed."
