Despite fighting a tough battle with stiff person syndrome, Celine Dion is doing her best to spend time at home with her three sons René-Charles, Eddy, and Nelson.

Recently, the singer's sister Claudette shared an update on her condition and revealed that it has been difficult for Celine to find medications that help.

In an interview with Le Journal de Montreal (per Hello Magazine), Claudette shared how she checks up on her sister.

She said that when she calls and Celine is not available, Linda, another sibling of the clan - who lives with her - fills her in.

Claudette also revealed that her sister is dedicating herself to understanding this rare disease and listening to experts as much as possible.

In her opinion, the "I'm Alive" singer is in desperate need of a break.

"She pushes herself to be the best and rarely takes time for her well-being. Our hearts and bodies are powerful messengers, and it's crucial to heed their warnings. After all, we must put ourselves first sometimes or risk running on empty."

Claudette described how Linda moved in so that she could be there for her and provide assistance with her care.

Expressing her support, Claudette commented on how hard her sister is striving to heal.

"We are filled with confidence that things will turn out alright," she said confidently. "It's just a part of who my sibling is and always has been - incredibly committed to whatever they take on."

For Celine, there are numerous indicators of her condition, including spasms and stiffness in the muscles as well as a frequent lack of balance.

All these issues can be attributed to an absence of coordination.

During a TV appearance in Quebec earlier this year, Claudette also provided an update on her sister's medical condition.

She remarked: "Everyone is keeping their fingers crossed and we are thankful for the concern of others. My sister is putting in so much effort to overcome the ailment and we remain resolute that it will have a positive outcome."

In the wake of reports that Celine Dion was having difficulty moving around, her Las Vegas home, where she had lived for 15 years, has recently been sold for $30 million.

Radar Online's source divulged that Celine is undergoing immense suffering.

Despite receiving care from the best medical professionals available, the prognosis does not appear to be favorable.

She has exhaustive efforts to combat it but the source said that the unfortunate truth is that she has an incurable illness.
