Michael Jackson's family is celebrating what would have been his 65th birthday today and his three children, Paris, Blanket, and Prince, were all celebrating the special occasion separately; Why was this the case?
Taking to her official Instagram account, Paris, who is also a singer, shared a video of herself to tell her followers that it's her father's birthday today.
"Back when he was alive, he used to hate anybody acknowledging his birthday, wishing him a happy birthday, celebrating it, nothing like that," she said.
The musician then opened up about the pressure of social media users when greeting people online, as she explained that if people don't wish someone a happy birthday it means "they don't love them" and they don't care about them.
Paris then noted that there were times in the past when she would remain silent on the King of Pop's special day and people would send hate to her in a sad and gruesome way.
The only daughter of the late mega pop royalty later shared the humility of her father as she recalled that he didn't want them to know when his birthday was so they wouldn't throw a party.

According to Page Six, the two brothers celebrated their dad's birthday together as they were spotted in Sin City.
The pair were photographed at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. The two reportedly attended a Michael Jackson ONE by Cirque du Soleil show.

In the lobby, they were seen interacting with fans by taking pictures and signing autographs with them.
The reason why Michael's three children celebrated his birthday separately was because Paris was in Colorado for her concert.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the King of Pop was rushed to a hospital by paramedics on June 25, 2009. He was reportedly found unresponsive at his home.
Unfortunately, paramedics and medical professionals were not able to revive him. He was 50 years old at the time of his death.
Initially, it was noted that his cause of death was due to a cardiac arrest, but it was later ruled a homicide due to the mixture of drugs that were given to him.
