In light of an incident last week, where a man allegedly scaled her fence, Paris Jackson is now taking legal action by filing a restraining order.
The requested order states that the accused stalker must remain 100 yards away from her car, residence, person, and any location she performs.
TMZ has obtained the legal documents which back up these claims.
Paris reportedly wants to ensure the anonymous man is also prevented from contacting her via any digital platform.
On August 23rd, when the singer-actress was not at home, he attempted to get inside her property by scaling the fence and peering in through her windows until a friend intervened and alerted law enforcement.
According to the outlet, a man previously arrested at Paris' home has been messaging her since late 2019.
This has caused her to be worried as the alleged intruder is unknown to her, and the man's efforts to connect with her have intensified.
Just 48 hours after the initial peeping incident, TMZ reported that another man had attempted to approach Paris Jackson's home - though fortunately, she was not present at the time.

Paris Jackson's Heartfelt Tribute To Dad Michael
On what would have been Michael Jackson's 65th birthday, his daughter Paris has expressed how her emotions towards the day are a complex mix.
She crafted a sincere and honest tribute to her father, reflecting on the remarkable life he led.
She said in an Instagram post, "Today's my dad's birthday, and he used to despise anybody even acknowledging it, wishing him a happy birthday, or any sort of celebration."
"He didn't want us even to know when his birthday was because he didn't want us to throw a party."

She was the target of internet trolls after failing to not post anything on the day of her father's birthday.
