Lil Wayne was more than a tad bit upset the other night.

According to sources who spoke to Page Six, he had been booked to appear as a special guest for 50 Cent's show in Los Angeles - but left before he could go on stage.

Rumors were swirling last week that an unannounced guest was about to take the stage at the Crypto.com Arena, which had already seen a wild performance from 50 Cent earlier in the evening where an audience member ended up with a flying microphone to their head.

Reportedly, this special guest was Lil Wayne.

Before the "How To Love" rapper could take the stage, something appeared that caused a stir.

Allegedly, an employee of the backstage tour staff brushed past Lil Wayne, not recognizing his presence. This seemingly infuriated him before he was about to perform. He had left without a trace when it was time for the "Get Rich or Die Tryin'" star to be joined on stage.

A backstage source reported, "He abruptly departed after being in the building for only twenty minutes."

It was an unforgettable experience for concert-goers of 50 Cent's "Final Lap" tour, as they were treated to a star-studded performance by Fiddy with a whole host of hip-hop royalty.

Making news of a different kind, 50 Cent became embroiled in an unfortunate incident during the evening.

Seemingly annoyed by the continuous microphone issues, he attempted to throw one, only to hit a radio host on the forehead, leaving a nasty cut. Subsequently, police took interest when the woman reported it, and Fiddy was deemed a battery suspect.

According to 50 Cent's lawyer, Scott Leemon, "Let's be very clear, as I told LAPD this afternoon, my client Curtis would never intentionally strike anyone with a microphone."

A felony battery charge has been filed against 50 Cent, per TMZ.

The incident occurred when he tossed a microphone, which struck a female bystander in the head.

The woman was present while the rapper performed a song and had asked to join him but was supplied with mics that did not work.

Midway through a live performance, 50 Cent had a Cardi B-inspired outburst and threw his microphone at the audio team.

Much to everyone's shock, it struck Radio Host Bryhana Monegain - who firmly believes she was targeted.

That night, Monegain lodged a formal complaint with the police and stated that 50 had stared right at her before throwing the microphone. Images released by The Neighborhood Talk displayed a nasty wound in Monegain's face, accompanied by profuse bleeding.

After suffering a serious injury, the woman was quickly transported to an area hospital for care. Since the incident that led him to face criminal charges, he has been curiously silent on his usual social media accounts.

Monegain left the her with a visible injury that could cause a scar for life. Reports suggest that 50 Cent did not mean to hit her, but Monegain believes otherwise. Moreover, it appears that she was standing in an area where she shouldn't have been.
