Ozzy Osbourne sparked concerns after he was spotted in public during a recent outing.

Ozzy's family has been assuring fans that the Black Sabbath frontman is "the same" despite his ongoing health battles. The singer, who has been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and struggled with other issues over the past years, recently made a public appearance with his wife.

Ozzy Osbourne Update: Singer Uses Cane During Recent Outing

The Mirror shared photos of Ozzy and his wife, Sharon Osbourne, as they dined in Beverly Hills this week.

While he appeared to be in good health, fans of the 74-year-old rocker were left worried as he used a cane to assist himself in walking around. His wife also supported him during the outing.

Still, it was not the first time he used a walking stick amid his mobility issues.

In addition, Ozzy also admitted in one of the episodes of his SiriusXM that he could not walk much now.

"My head is alright, my creativity is OK, my singing's OK but I just can't f------ walk much now. I can't tell you how f------ frustrating life has become," he said. "I've never been this ill this long in my life."

This mirrored what Sharon and Kelly recently spoke about regarding Ozzy's desire to perform. According to the mother and daughter, the singer can perform whenever he wants to because his voice is never an issue.

However, he would need to stay seated if he does so - something Ozzy never wants to do.

Prior to the show's cancelation, Ozzy expressed his desire to continue performing and having live shows because it was the "best thing" that ever happened to him.

Still, his wife advised him not to book tours if he would just cancel them eventually.

The singer also reiterated in his interview with Tenacious D's Jack Black and Kyle Gass for the new issue of Metal Hammer that he never wants to retire.

"I've had to cancel my European tour, but I'm determined," he said. "I've gotta do more gigs [even] if I have to get someone to wheel me out there. I mean, you can't retire from this game. It's not a job, it's a f------ passion. I don't know how to do anything else."
