Kevin Federline is reportedly planning to make a huge demand from Britney Spears as he continues to live with their children full-time.
For the past years, Spears' children with Federline, Sean Preston and Jayden James, have been living with the patriarch and relocated with him to Hawaii in August. After they split, the singer agreed to support both of her children - with her full financial support to Preston ending on September 14 and contributions for Jayden to last until June 2025.
Kevin Federline Wants an Increase From Britney Spears
A news outlet confirmed on Monday that Federline is planning to submit a document to court to demand a $40,000 per month increase in Spears' child support payments.
Spears will only start paying half of the support to their eldest son once he turns 18 on Thursday.
The "Toxic" singer has yet to respond to the buzz, but she previously called out her "jobless hypocrite" Federline after their children said their grandfather, Jamie, does not deserve the hatred as he only tried to be a father to Spears.
"As for my mental health... my dear child understand you must learn to pick up a book and read one before you start to even thinking about my intellect sweetheart!!!!" she said in a since-deleted Instagram post. "It's horrible to see your dad be a hypocrite and say the media is horrible yet he has you talking about personal matters to them!!!"

Britney Spears' Rumored Boyfriend Praises Singer
Amid the issues in her life, Spears received support from her rumored boyfriend, Paul Richard Soliz.
In his interview with Us Weekly after his recent court appearance, Soliz said the 41-year-old singer is "a phenomenal woman." In addition, he called Asghari, who filed for divorce from Spears citing irreconcilable differences, "a good guy."
As for his own issues, Soliz said he is not a bad guy.
"I understand that things have been said about me in the past, and I have a criminal record - I get it," he said. "I'm a working man. I own my own business. I do a licensed contractor technique tile."
Rumors revealed Spears was unfaithful to Asghari, with other sources claiming she cheated on her husband with Soliz.
