Taylor Swift Had Dedicated Cameraman Film Her Throughout MTV VMAs: What Were They Expecting to See?

Taylor Swift was "continuously" filmed during the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs), and the reason might be either pretty simple or very complicated.

According to reports, the "Anti-Hero" singer had a dedicated cameraman film her reaction during the live performances of the music award show.

"There is a camera operator tasked with filming [Swift] continuously during the live performances onstage," wrote Ramin Setoodeh, the Co-Editor-in-Chief of Variety magazine, who was in attendance at the VMAs.

Swift is one of the biggest stars who attended the VMAs and she also brought home nine awards, which is probably why she was constantly monitored-just in case.

While Olivia Rodrigo has already denied multiple times that there is no feud going on between herself and Swift, fans still seem to think that there is, which is why they watched the "Love Story" singer's reaction to Rodrigo's performance like a hawk.

According to reports, Swift was seen applauding for the "Vampire" singer's performance when it was announced.

Her reaction garnered several different reactions from netizens, with some saying that it means there is no beef, while others still found things to nitpick.

"She took a pic with Sabrina and not Olivia. explain that?" One wrote.

"She just did this to be nice," another added.

"THERE NOW EVERYONE CAN STOP SPECULATING THEY HAVE BEEF."

Taylor Swift Celebrates MTV VMAs Win

Despite all the speculations on why Swift was constantly "monitored" throughout the VMAs, it seems like all of that is just rumors and it is the least of the singer's problems.

After all, she has earned a new milestone after winning nine awards out of her 11 nominations and even went out to celebrate with other artists at the Ned NoMad afterparty in New York City.

She now boasts 23 VMAs, and became the first artist to win Video of the Year four times.

"OK. This is unbelievable," Swift said in her acceptance speech. "This is... I just want to say that the fact that this is a fan-voted award means so much to me based on the memories that we've made recently."

According to reports, not only was Swift already having the time of her life during the music award show by dancing, laughing, and drinking the entire time, but she also stepped out in a denim dress paired with silver heels and a matching bag.
