A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled that all court records about allegations by Post Malone's ex-girlfriend, Ashlen Diaz, detailing physical abuse she suffered at his hands must remain sealed.

Radar Online obtained copies of these filings, which the public could not view.

A legal suit brought against both Diaz and Post by a former lawyer of Diaz has resulted in the request to be amended.

According to the lawyer, there are text messages and photos that demonstrate Post had been abusive towards Diaz throughout their 3-year relationship, both physically and emotionally.

When they initially broke up, lawyer Martorell Law was hired by Diaz to take on a legal battle with Post. She sought palimony from him, a type of financial compensation common among unmarried couples.

Despite the law firm's efforts, Post persuaded her to drop their services.

Diaz allegedly accepted an offer of $350k from Post to settle her claims.

A lawsuit was launched in retaliation, claiming Diaz owed them a portion of that sum and damages due to Post's involvement in convincing Diaz to drop them. However, Post refuted this stance and pushed for dismissing the said suit.

Court documents suggested that Post had control and abused Diaz, using his money, power, and authority to prevent her story from being told. It was argued that this oppression forced Diaz to settle for less than she deserved out of fear.

The legal representative claimed Post "pressured and coerced" her into dropping the charges to maintain domination over her.

According to her attorney, Diaz revealed that she had been subjected to acts of domestic abuse during her dating relationship with Defendant Post.

He supported this claim by presenting photographic evidence and text messages demonstrating physical maltreatment and emotional manipulation within this time frame.

Renowned as one of music's most famous stars, Post was charged with restraining Ms. Diaz from making her own money, interacting with certain men, celebrating rival musicians, and attaining autonomy.

According to the lawyer's testimony against him, Post had abused his status to prevent these activities.

Expressing his anger, the speaker declared that it was unacceptable for such a famous and influential figure, known to have inflicted both physical and mental damage on their significant other, to use their clout and resources to deny them adequate legal defense.

Shocked by her ex-attorney's revealing motion, Post's former partner sought immediate action from another lawyer - a request to keep the documents private.

She argued it could have negative consequences for Post as an entertainer and pleaded for the filings to be sealed.

In a surprising decision, Diaz was supported by a judicial ruling; however, whether their lawyer can alter their lawsuit is yet to be seen.
