In a "ethereal celebration of love," Australian singer Firerose and Bill Ray Cyrus exchanged vows in public.
On Wednesday, the couple posted pictures from the memorable day to Instagram.
The singer, 34, and the 62-year-old Achy Breaky Heart hitmaker exchanged vows on Tuesday, only two months after Tish, his ex-wife, wed Dominic Purcell, the star of Prison Break,
in August. Billy Cyrus said, "'It was the most perfect, ethereal celebration of love we could have ever imagined.'
'For both of us to hear the preacher say, "Billy Ray and Firerose Cyrus... I now pronounce you husband and wife" that was the sacred moment our new forever began. Long Live Love! ️.'
Billy appeared in the photos wearing a stylish black suit that included slacks and a blazer on top.

He wore a white dress shirt underneath, half unbuttoned near the neck, with an orange rose and other flowers tucked inside the left-side suit jacket pocket.
Regarding his personal attire for the wedding, he named fashion designer John Varvatos as well as Versace. Wearing a white gown from Laura's Boutique & Bridal in New York, Firerose exuded beauty.
The costume had an overlay on the bodice with a V-neck cut on the front, and long sleeves made of a beaded and lace material. Behind her, the dress's skirt section cascaded down and formed an amazing train. The singer adorned the back of her head with a translucent veil that cascaded down to the floor. Her golden hair, which was parted in the center, fell in graceful waves beyond her shoulders. She was holding a vibrant bouquet in her hand that was composed of various fall-themed flowers.
The couple stopped for a sweet photo as they were standing close to each other for a tender hug in the first image. She smiled broadly and Billy kissed her gently on the forehead. The two were seen standing outside in a field of grass, encircled by vegetation. In the near distance, a picturesque picture was created when the brilliant sunshine broke through the trees.
The couple was seated on a hill with a stunning view stretching out in front of them in the second picture. Firerose leaned into Cyrus and he put a nice arm around her. Finally, while glancing at the camera, the two also snapped a close-up. They flashed their wedding rings as the singer raised her hand to her shoulder and Billy reached over to place his on it.
Notably, the two worked together on the 2021 release of the song "New Day." They also sang the song live on several talk shows. The song "Plans," which Cyrus and Firerose collaborated on, was also featured on Good Morning America in September of last year. Billy asked Firerose to marry him in August of 2022, but he didn't announce their engagement until November of the same year. In a recent joint interview with People, the beauty reminisced about the time he asked the big question and disclosed that the spontaneity of the proposal prevented him from getting down on one knee.
It's not clear if his daughter Miley Cyrus attended the big day or what her reaction is yet.
Billy Ray's big day comes only a few weeks after Tish Cyrus, the ex-wife of "Prison Break" star Dominic Purcell, tied the knot in a Malibu backyard wedding. At the time, pictures that were obtained by several outlets showed Miley seeing Tish and Dominic exchange vows. In April 2022, Tish filed for divorce from Billy Ray, ending their nearly 29-year marriage.
