Jelly Roll has been amassing major success this year so far as he just wrapped up his headlining amphitheater and arena tour. However, it appears that the rapper got tired of performing so he announced that he would be taking a break from social media and phone in general first.

Taking to his official Instagram account, the country musician revealed that he was on the road for over 80 days with an average of five shows every single week as well as three national TV appearances.

Aside from performing, the artist continued his advocacy as he and his team were able to visit 10 jails or Juveniles as well as rehabilitation centers and homeless shelters. Jelly Roll teamed up with Live Nation and they reached an agreement to donate $1 for every ticket sold and they were able to raise another $590,000 for local at-risk youth.

The musician said he never thought any of this would be possible and he's very grateful for all the success that he amassed.

"I got emotional every night on stage - seeing the impact of these songs . Seeing people laughing, dancing , crying together was something I'll never forget," he added.

Jelly Roll to Take a Break From Using His Phone

Later in the post, Jelly Roll revealed that he's already home after his successful "Backroads Baptism" tour.

However, it appears that the rapper got exhausted from all of the hardwork he did over the past few months, so he told his followers that he's getting rid of his phone for the rest of 2023.

The main reason he's doing this is to focus on his family and be as present as possible to the people he loves.

The rapper will not be gone completely as he noted that he will be posting using his iPad or his wife's phone if possible.

Jelly Roll Upcoming Shows 2023/2024

Although his tour already concluded for this year, this doesn't mean Jelly Roll will stop performing as he has a lot of shows upcoming for the rest of 2023 as well as in 2024.

According to his official website, the country artist will be attending several music events like the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball at Dickies Arena in Forth Worth, the Big 98 Friendsgiving at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, and many more.

He will also join Morgan Wallen for his "One night At A Time" tour next year.
