Friends of the "Red Table Talk" host are questioning and urging her to make a definitive decision regarding her situation, according to a source close to the matter.
Amidst the constant flip-flopping, they have advised her to stick with one narrative.
The source revealed to Daily Mail that it is an incredibly confusing situation for all involved, as the formerly happily married couple are now each writing their narrative with no chance of reconciliation. "It's like they're two separate people," the tipster said.
Last week, Jada's interview with Hoda Kotb on the "Today Show" sent shockwaves through her fan base.
"The Girls Trip" star revealed that although she and Will have never officially divorced, they've been living separate lives for quite some time.
Jada admitted that she and the "King Richard" actor had grown weary from their efforts to make it work. She commented that they were still caught up in what each expected the other to be.
However, soon after, the former talk show host contradicted this sentiment as she maintained in other interviews that they had never actually broken up.
At the Oscars, Will made a bold statement when he slapped Chris Rock for making a joke about Jada's appearance.
