Hailey Bieber has received the ire of the public, and she does not want to rock the boat further by welcoming a child with Justin Bieber after everything she has gone through online.
"I literally cry about this all the time. I want kids so bad but I get scared," the model revealed.
"It's enough that people say things about my husband or my friends. I can't imagine having to confront people saying things about a child," she added, referring to the incessant bullying she receives online.
Her statement was met with mixed reactions from netizens; some supported her while others scoffed at her reasoning.
"Comments are proving her point!" One wrote.
"She can just turn off the Internet though... Is it that hard to do?"
"Valid reason, but Chill these people will still talk regardless, might as well make yourself happy," another added.
Some linked Bieber's fears with her long-standing feud with her husband's ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez.

Shortly after ending his relationship with Gomez, the "Baby" singer moved on with his now-wife, and married her a few months later.
The "Lose You to Love Me" singer's fans have never recovered from the "betrayal," and constantly come after the Biebers.
"Is it just me, or are these two not even really relevant anymore? JB's fame plummeted when he married her. Now, they are hardly part of any conversation unless they speak to the press OR Selena does something wonderful because we all love her," a fan wrote.
Meanwhile, Bieber's supporters expressed their disappointment towards Gomez's fans" "Maybe if Selena Gomez fans will leave the couple alone."
However, this is not the first time Bieber has expressed her "fears" about the prospect of having kids with Justin.
"We can only do the best we can to raise them. As long as they feel loved and safe," she said earlier this year, reports say.
"If you let things like that silence you, you're allowing people to dictate how you live your life. Sometimes I do just want to curl up and be a hermit, like, 'If this is how people feel maybe I should just stay home.' But I'm really not that kind of person."

Aside from the hate she will receive, Bieber also shared how much she detests pregnancy rumors about her.
"There is something that's disheartening about, 'Damn, I can't be bloated one time and not be pregnant?' It would be a lie if I was like, 'Oh, yeah, I don't give a s**t,'" she said about it.
