Kim Kardashian has yet to apologize to Taylor Swift years after Kim Kardashian leaked video footage of Kanye West's phone call with the singer.

Swift revisited the incident during her recent interview with TIME after she was hailed as the magazine's Person of the Year. According to the "champagne problems" singer, Kardashian edited the illegally recorded phone call and leaked it to paint her as a liar. This reportedly caused Swift to go down "really, really hard."

Taylor Swift Has Yet To Receive an Apology From Kim Kardashian

Sources recently disclosed to TMZ that Kardashian has not apologized for leaking - and editing - the infamous phone call between Swift and West seven years ago.

One of the insiders claimed the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star never said her sorry even after TIME Magazine released the exclusive interview with the "Cruel Summer" songstress.

On the other hand, the news outlet learned that Swift would accept Kardashian's apology if the KKW Beauty mogul would do it publicly, even when she was left dumbfounded by the TV personality's defense after the original, unedited version was released.

The feud started years after West infamously interrupted Swift at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. Although they reconciled afterward, the beef was reignited after the pair's phone call leaked online.

The recording in question, dated 2016, was edited to make it look like the rapper asked her permission to include Swift's name in his song, "Famous," where he referred to her as a "b----."

Swift defended herself and clarified she never approved of it at all, leading Kardashian to call her a "snake." Social media users sided with the beauty mogul and started leaving snake emojis and degrading comments on her social media accounts.

"That took me down psychologically to a place I've never been before. I moved to a foreign country. I didn't leave a rental house for a year," Swift told TIME. "I was afraid to get on phone calls. I pushed away most people in my life because I didn't trust anyone anymore. I went down really, really hard."

She recalled how she thought it was the end of her career as the issue "took everything from her."

She took a break following her "Reputation" album in 2017 and came back stronger and more powerful than ever.
